In todays world it is easy to lose our inner vitality and succumb to the pressures of living the everyday merry go round of wake up, go to work, work, go home, do the mundane chores of life without even giving a thought to what could be possible and what  life is really all about.  Within this world physical, mental and emotional challenges arise which will test us as we move through life.

Part of the role that I could play in your life is to assist you to move through the challenges of everyday life and to guide you to a peaceful and fulfilling life whilst on the way restoring parts of you that have gotten lost.  

​

It is my greatest desire to restore vitality and peace to you and your loved ones.  Whether that be as a wellbeing practitioner, a tutor, a coach, or to support your pet, each of these methods has some connection to plant intelligence.

I consider myself an expert vibrational practitioner, having worked 24/7 for the last eleven years putting myself through intensive personal development using ancient methods re-contextualised for the 21st Century and beyond.

My life is pretty simple with the integration of all the things that I love doing and being, forming a pathway for me to support others.  Without getting into too much detail most of my work is oriented toward the gifts that nature has for us and the wisdom nature shares with us.

​

Hence the environment is of particular interest to me and I am an advocate for great change, keeping things local, simple and accessible.  That could be growing and planting trees and plants, making products from plants that uplift and restore wellbeing to us humans and animals or just sharing ways on how to simplify life and to develop more awareness of what it is to be a human being here on this planet.  

So in short I bring to the world of wellbeing a very balanced and simple way of working with, and relating to people.

I gave my son his remedy after school at the playground the other day and he said to the other kids " if you drink this water you'll become more powerful than a superhero!"

If a withdrawal from a workshop or appointment is made up to 24 hours before a workshop/ appointment is due to commence, a refund of the workshop/appointment fee will be made, less a 20% administration charge.

If a withdrawal from the workshop or appointment is made less than 24 hours before the workshop/ appointment starts, a refund of fees will be made, less a 75% administration and cancellation charge.

No refund will be made after the workshop/ appointment has started if there has not been communication with prior to the workshop/appointment start date and time.
